A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, marking the start of planned improvements at the Heights-area park.
The project is intended to improve accessibility, connectivity and recreational opportunities while creating a more welcoming space for park users of all ages and abilities.
